Open Container Zone Sought For Adams Street

Business owners on a stretch of Toledo's Adams Street are hoping to be part of the city's first open-container zone. The Village on Adams group is lobbying city officials to create an "outdoor refreshment area" where people can legally walk outside with alcohol.
