Oil leaks from tank at Fermi plant

NEWPORT, Mich. — An unknown amount of oil leaked from an abandoned underground storage tank on the grounds of the Fermi 2 nuclear power plant, according to notifications plant owner DTE Energy has filed with state and federal officials.
