Ohio’s high court reverses ruling in cocaine sentencing

COLUMBUS — In a rare move, the Ohio Supreme Court on Monday reversed itself after narrowly ruling two months ago that prosecutors must prove the weight of actual cocaine and not fillers to justify stiffer possession and trafficking sentences.
