Ohio Supreme Court largely upholds redistricting ballot language

COLUMBUS — A divided Ohio Supreme Court on Monday night largely upheld ballot language that will greet voters in polling booths and on absentee ballot that describes a proposed constitutional amendment written to ban partisan gerrymandering as actually a mandate to gerrymander.
