Ohio Republicans protest changing handicap program

COLUMBUS — Statehouse Republicans joined with former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Norman “Boomer” Esiason on Tuesday to form a line of defense against Gov. John Kasich’s proposed overhaul of a program that helps more than 40,000 children dealing with severe medical handicaps.
