Ohio, Michigan join lawsuit on school restroom mandate

COLUMBUS — Ohio and Michigan have joined a federal lawsuit led by Nebraska to challenge the Obama Administration’s mandate that schools allow students to use bathrooms that correspond with the gender with which they identify.
