Ohio legislators urged to flip votes on ‘Heartbeat’ bill

COLUMBUS — Two northwest Ohio legislators are in the crosshairs as supporters of a controversial abortion bill vetoed by Gov. John Kasich try to cobble together votes for a possible override attempt.
