Ohio death row inmates moving to Toledo prison

The Department of Rehabilitation and Correction announced today that the inmates will be moved to the Toledo Correctional Institution. The prison is a newer high-security facility that the department says is more capable of handling inmates with physical and mobility problems than the Chillicothe Correctional Institution, the current home of most of those awaiting execution.
