Ohio completes execution of convicted child killer Ronald R. Phillips

LUCASVILLE, Ohio — Convicted child killer Ronald R. Phillips succumbed to a combination of drugs never before used by Ohio as the state rejoined those carrying out executions after more than three years of delays.
