Ohio bills look at fetal tissue

COLUMBUS — Fetal tissue from abortions and miscarriages would have to be buried or cremated under a pair of bills announced by House Republicans on Monday in the wake of an investigation that found that at least some tissue from Planned Parenthood clinics was going to landfills.
