Ohio bill would require third-party review of utility forecasts

COLUMBUS — Ohio utility forecasts would be subject to third-party verification under legislation proposed by state Sens. Paula Hicks-Hudson (D., Toledo) and Mark Romanchuk (R., Ontario).
