Ohio bill aims to protect clinics

COLUMBUS — Arguing that rhetoric surrounding Planned Parenthood helped to spur recent violence against abortion clinics, Ohio Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday introduced a bill calling for buffer zones between protesters and clinics.
