Ohio agency to discuss proposed farm

VAN WERT, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Agriculture will hold a meeting today to discuss a proposal for a new concentrated animal feeding operation, known as a CAFO, to be built in rural Van Wert County near Spencerville, Ohio.
