Officials Tally Financial Impact Of Toxic Algae

The toxic algae crisis on Lake Erie appears to be over, but the region will take a financial hit from the dirty water. Toledo city officials say they've spent $6 million so far this year to keep algae-filled lake water from getting into residents' taps and expect to spend $3 million more.
