Officials reopen I-75 northbound lanes after construction

All lanes of northbound I-75 will reopen Tuesday morning between Dorr Street and I-475 in central Toledo, and all southbound lanes will reopen in the same area Wednesday morning, Ohio Department of Transportation officials said today.
