Officials build case in killer’s slaying at Toledo prison

Seven weeks have passed since a Toledo Correctional Institution inmate inflicted a fatal beating on serial killer Donald Harvey, 64, who was nicknamed the “Angel of Death” for more than three dozen murders he was convicted of in the Cincinnati area about 30 years ago.
