ODOT study shows overwhelming benefits of U.S. 23/I-71 connector, Toledo groups say

COLUMBUS — Ohio lawmakers now have all the information they need to fund a freeway easing congestion between Toledo and Columbus, according to leaders of northwest Ohio business and planning organizations.
