Obamacare costs rise less in Ohio than many states

While most Ohio residents who have health insurance through the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace won’t see premium increases close to the 25 percent national average reported recently by the Obama Administration, they will have fewer choices when open enrollment begins Tuesday.
