O-I reports sales down 9% in 2015

A stronger U.S. dollar that played havoc with currency values abroad saddled Owens-Illinois Inc. with a miserable fourth quarter and a full-year loss of $74 million, or 47 cents a share, the company reported Monday after the close of the nation’s stock markets.
