Nuclear commission won't reopen Fermi 2 licensing case

NEWPORT, Mich. — In a 12-page decision issued today, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said it will not grant a citizens’ group request to reopen licensing proceedings for DTE Energy’s Fermi 2 nuclear plant.
