Notebook: Unsportsmanlike penalty baffles Harbaugh, Butt

ANN ARBOR — Many of the 109,879 spectators inside Michigan Stadium were baffled by an unusual penalty that was called against the Michigan football team just before halftime of a 49-16 win over Rutgers.
