Noseless Jack Russel terrier brings comfort, joy to Toledoans

When Mirabel was found wandering the country roads of eastern Kentucky, the little dog was in bad shape. She was covered in fleas and ticks, her toe nails were embedded in her paws, and she had mammary tumors from over-breeding.
