Norwalk track has old-time appeal to drivers

NORWALK, Ohio — Ron Capps typically makes a trip to northwest Ohio into a family affair. In years past, he’s brought his family to the region in the week before the NHRA Summit Racing Equipment Nationals, where they have barbecued on the shores of Lake Erie and they’ve gone on the roller coasters at Cedar Point in Sandusky.
