No-swimming advisory stays, but toxin level is safe

Although the Toledo Lucas County Health Department is keeping its recreational contact advisory for the Maumee River in effect, the toxin concentration found in the water is only 6 parts per billion - well below the 20 ppb threshold for swimming and other activity established by the World Health Organization.
