No more stalling on new shelter

The percentage of dogs who are saved by Lucas County Canine Care and Control continues to improve each year. The statistics recently released for 2017 show the shelter now saves more than three-quarters of the dogs it takes in, which is a dramatic reversal from 2009 when it killed nearly three-quarters of them.
