New Orleans jazz returns to Toledo

This month, Toledo is playing host to Grugelfest. Ralph Grugel and his Eagle Jazz Band were a Dixieland staple of the Cleveland area for years. Grugel died in 2005, and this new jazz festival is designed to honor him and keep his musical tradition alive and growing.
