New motions filed in CCNO case

With much riding on the outcome of the case, the city of Toledo, Lucas County, Sheriff John Tharp, and the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio each filed motions in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on Friday asking the court to determine who must pay jail costs for defendants Toledo police arrest.
