Neil L. Allen: 1931-2016

LAKESIDE, Ohio — Neil L. Allen, who during a long career in education was a superintendent of two northwest Ohio districts and was an interim administrator for several others, died Aug. 15 in the Otterbein North Shore senior community. He was 84.
