Nearly 20,000 flock to Blade's Holiday Parade

Brilliantly sunny, if a tad chilly, weather blessed The Blade’s 2016 Holiday Parade today, and that — plus a new after-event featuring singer Calysta Bevier at Hensville Park — combined to bring a bumper crowd to downtown Toledo.
