Multi-agency OVI campaign planned for Friday night

More than 30 police agencies from throughout the Toledo metropolitan area are expected to participate in the annual “Circle Toledo” crackdown on impaired driving Friday night into Saturday morning, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
