More than 60 marijuana outlets will be needed, warns Washington dispensary

COLUMBUS — The owner of a Washington medical and recreational marijuana dispensary warned Ohio on Tuesday that it eventually will have to expand beyond the 60 retail outlets initially allowed under its medical-marijuana program.
