More houses in Sylvania Township subdivision

Several homes are under construction, with some nearing completion, in the Bridge Creek subdivision off Sylvania Avenue, west of Mitchaw Road, in Sylvania Township. Most homes in the development range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$300,000s. Ruddy Homes expects to have a 1,800-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house completed within the next couple of weeks, while Cumberland Construction Corp. is just getting started on a number of homes. Several lots are still available.
