Monroe preps for vote on fire station Aug. 2

MONROE — Three parking spots at Monroe City Hall will be reserved for voters picking up or dropping off absentee ballots ahead of the Aug. 2 municipal election. The three spots will be posted with 10-minute limits Tuesday through Aug. 2, when residents are to vote on a levy for construction of a proposed new fire and emergency response station.
