Monroe at ProMedica Parkway to reopen late next week

Portions near the intersection of Monroe Street and ProMedica Parkway, which have been closed since Dec. 28 while crews replace a storm sewer and repair a water line, are expected to reopen late next week, Toledo officials said late Wednesday afternoon.
