Monroe and ProMedica Parkway to reopen Friday

Portions of Monroe Street and ProMedica Parkway near their intersection, which have been closed since Dec. 28 for crews to replace a storm sewer and repair a water line there, could reopen as soon as Friday, Toledo officials said today
