Monday Memories: Change of scenery

Downtown Toledo is going through a rejuvenation of sorts, with work being done along the Maumee River. Changes can be seen from the old Edison steam plant to the former KeyBank building; from the Middlegrounds Metropark which opens this month to new park space planned for the former Marina District.
