Mi Hacienda delivers on consistency

My friend and I attended a downtown Mexican restaurant with no liquor license a couple of months back. We later ventured to the same restaurant on Nov. 11 only to find it was closed with an “illegal occupancy” notice on the door. What a headache! It’s as if the owners are playing games with us.
