Melvin H. Mull (1928-2015): Architect was leader in the Old West End

Melvin H. Mull, a longtime Toledo architect who was a leader in the Old West End neighborhood, died Nov. 21 in Heartland of Waterville. He was 87. Mr. Mull was a principal for much of his career with Angel Mull & Associates, retiring more than a decade ago, his son said.
