Mayor will sit out summit; some on council to attend

Several Toledo councilmen will be in Pittsburgh next week for the National League of Cities’ annual City Summit, but neither Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson nor any of her top city officials plan to attend the conference that is expected to attract 3,000 of the nation’s mayors, councilmen, and other officials.
