Mayor Kapszukiewicz to talk Lake Erie, toxic algae in Washington

Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz will join members of the Ohio Environmental Council on Thursday in Washington D.C. to speak with members of the state’s congressional delegation about Lake Erie and toxic algae.
