Mayor Hicks-Hudson asks Trump for help with Lake Erie algae

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson has stopped short of declaring Lake Erie impaired, but has pleased environmentalists by asking President-Elect Donald J. Trump to issue an executive order for federal oversight of the lake.
