Mayor-elect plans elaborate inauguration celebration Jan. 20

The incoming Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz administration is inviting the public to a weekend-long inauguration celebration set for Jan. 20-21. The Our City Our Future events will range from free family events and a prayer service to a swanky dinner and after-hours party in the Heights Restaurant that offers a 360-degree view of downtown Toledo.
