Maxine Lenora Rossi (1952-2016)

QUINCY, Ohio — Maxine Lenora Rossi, a longtime teacher for North Central Local School District in Pioneer, Ohio, formerly of Waldron, Mich., died Thursday at Quincy Cottage. She was 64.
