Maumee baseball rallies to upset Wapakoneta, win district

HAMLER — A win against two-time defending Division II state champion Defiance was just the beginning. Maumee completed the district sweep of Western Buckeye League powers with a come-from-behind 5-3 victory Monday against top-ranked Wapakoneta at Patrick Henry’s Garrold Parrott Field.
