Matthew D. Biddle (1963-2018)

Matthew D. Biddle, a University of Toledo graduate who from childhood wanted to help others and who as an adult moved to Oklahoma, chased storms, advised movie productions, and was expert in safety and response, died April 10 in Mercy Hospital, Oklahoma City. He was 54.
