Mass of celebration at St. Joan of Arc

Toledo Bishop Daniel Thomas said a prayer of dedication before anointing the altar during a dedication Mass for the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Parish in South Toledo. The parish recently completed a $3.3 million campus renovation project, which included upgrades to the parish school and additions to the church itself.
