Marijuana measure is leading so far

A measure to abolish fines and jail sentences for marijuana possession in Toledo is leading by more than a 2-1 margin, according to early results on the Toledo election from the Lucas County Board of Elections. With 40 precincts out of 226 precincts reporting, Issue 1, the "Sensible Marihuana Ordinance" was passing by 4,689 to 1,882.
