Marathon, other refiners’ cuts to spur higher gas prices

Oil refiners clustered along the Texas Gulf Coast have shut down or significantly scaled back operations following the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, cutting U.S. fuel production and leading to higher prices at the pump.
