Marathon CEO becomes new chairman

FINDLAY — Marathon Petroleum Corp. replaced its chairman, welcomed three new board members, and successfully fended off three activist shareholder proposals Wednesday during a 30-minute annual shareholder meeting held at its corporate headquarters in downtown Findlay.
