Maple sugar makes sweet festival run

MONTPELIER, Ohio — The featured topping for the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at Saturday’s Maple Syrup Festival at the Williams County Fairgrounds actually began as sap that dripped from soft and hard maples well over a month ago.
